If you are not familiar with CrossFit, you may think that our prices are higher than typical gym memberships.  What do you get from a typical gym membership?  You pay a flat fee to use the equipment.  At Gulf Shores CrossFit, we program your workouts, instruct movements, scale the workout if necessary, offer nutritional suggestions if requested, and are committed to each client every time you walk in the door.  Our group sessions are the equivalent of semi-personal training.  Remember, we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals…if you commit, you will achieve fitness beyond expectation.  What are your expectations?  Sign up today!

Levels of  Membership:

Personal Training:

Personal coaching $250 per month (8 private 50 minute sessions per month) or $35 for a single training session.

One on One training:

$30/session with unlimited membership. Perfect for the CrossFit athlete with unlimited membership that wants/needs some private coaching.

Unlimited Membership:

Unlimited group classes per month $125 (Couples unlimited $225/month)

*Teachers/GCFC patients unlimited classes per month $100

*Fire/Police/Military/College Students/ Teens unlimited group classes per month $80


Foundation Class: 

5 private coaching sessions to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit and the remainder of the month unlimited group classes. $150 **athlete must complete all 5 sessions within a month

CrossFit Kids and Teens:


If child of couple already training $40***

*** kid/teen athlete must attend regular scheduled CrossFit teens/kids group class

Punch Card  $100:

10 workouts. Expires after 6 months.
