Back Rack Lunge (Weight)
Work to a heavy set of 6 total alternating reverse lunges.

Once you warm up- do this in 5 sets with "working weight". After each set- max effort set of strict pull ups or banded pull ups

E2MOM x 10 sets

8 "Tall Box Jumps"
12 Ring or Deficit Push Ups
16 Double DB/KB reverse lunges in place

Start lighter and shorter box than you think. All 3 movements in 2 minutes.
