Work to a heavy double
Deadlift (Weight)
Use your weight from gang power cleans. Goal here is controlled reps, not slamming it. Warm up your back, do some KBs or even strip weight and work back up. Don’t go straight into it! Be smart. Stop and reset if form falters.

Do AR if needed or rowing.

Foam roll one section each side for a minute each
