Warm-up

*holding in opposite arm

B. Mobility

PNF Pigeon Stretch

5 seconds Contraction, pushing knee into the floor

5 seconds stretch, relax and bring the chest over the knee

*If any knee pain have the athlete elevate the leg, with the shin on a box

C. Specific Part A

3 sets @ increasing load

– 3 Sumo Deadlifts

– 2/2 single leg box jumps

– 4-6 moon bounds

After 3 rounds, allow ramp up for Sumo
