Our CrossFit Kids class is made up of constantly varied functional fitness movements at a relatively (customized by the coach for each student) high intensity - with the focus of FUN! Our goals are to develop a lifelong definition of fitness, create a community/build friendships, instill confidence, and help prevent negative health conditions.
From coordination and confidence, to a healthy lifestyle, setting our kids up for success is what we do at Gulf Shores CrossFit Kids!
