At Gulf Shores CrossFit, we demo each movement with you, and we’ll help you scale any movements to fit your personal level of fitness. We are 100% committed to you because you chose to walk through our doors. Our classes are the equivalent of semi-private training. Our small class sizes allow for one-on-one interaction with our coaches as they move around the room.  Remember, we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. We’re here because we want to help you!

What if you’re nervous about jumping into a class? We offer personal training with one of our awesome, experienced coaches. We also offer “No Sweat Intros,” where we can chat about your goals, tell you what we’re all about, and give you a tour of the gym.

Join us for a six-week boot camp. We’ll use lots of body weight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio to get in a great workout.

This class is for everyone, regardless of your ability or past exercise experience.

Our boot camp is a great way to ease into a healthy workout program. It offers all the great benefits of CrossFit but in a low-key, fun environment without barbells or crazy gymnastic moves. Think of it as CrossFit-light.

We’ll be meeting every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:30 a.m. Join anytime for $125 for all six weeks. It’s a fun class with a great group and our awesome coaches!

When it comes to not just setting goals, but achieving them, accountability coaching can make all the difference.

Having an accountability coach to keep you on track with your workouts and set you up with nutrition, will help you get to where you want to be faster than flying solo.

Your coach will help keep you focused and moving in the direction of what you truly want.
